Yoni-Mudra. Minuman Sakral dari Kaula

adau puraka yogena svadehare purayem manah,
gudamedhr antare yonistamakumcya pravartate.

First with a strong inspiration fix the mind in the adhar lotus. Then engage in contracting the Yoni, which is situated in the perineal space.

Yang pertama-tama, dengan inspirasi yang kuat pusatkan pikiran pada teratai adhara. kemudian libatkan dalam pengkerutan yoni yang terletak pada daerah sekitar ekor.

brhamayoni gatam dhyatva kamam kanduka sannibham,
suryyakoti pratikasam candra koti susitalam.
tasyordhvam tu sikha suksma cid rupa parama kala,
tatha sahitam atmanam eki bhutam vicintayet.

There let him contemplate that the God of love resides in that Brahma Yoni and that he is beautiful like
Bandhuk flower (Pentapetes pheanicia)– brilliant as tens of millions of suns, and cool as tens of millions of moons. Above this (Yoni) is a small and subtle flame, whose form is intelligence. Then let him imagine that a union takes place there between himself and that flame (the Siva and Sakti).

Biarlah disana ia merenungkan bahwa Tuhan yang Mahapengasih berdiam di brahma yoni tersebut, yang indah seperti kembang bandhuka (pentapetes phoenicia) – cemerlang laksana puluhan juta matahari dan sejuk laksana puluhan juta bulan. selain itu, (yoni0 inimerupakan nyala yangamat kecil dan lembut (halus) dalam bentuk kecerdasan. maka, biarlah ia melukiskan bahwa suatu penyatuan terjadi antara dirinya sendiri dan nyala itu (siva dan sakti).

gacchati brahma margena linga traya kramena vai,
amrtam taddhi svargastham paramananda laksanam.
sveta raktam tejasadhyam sudha dhara pravasanam,
pitva kulamrtam divyam punar eva visetkulam.

(Then imagine that) – There go up through the sushumna vessel, three bodies in their due order (i.e., the etheric, the astral and the mental bodies). There is emitted in every chakra the nectar, the characteristic of which is great bliss. Its colour is whitish rosey (pink), full of splendor, showering down in jets the immortal fluid. Let him drink this wine of immortality which is divine, and then again enter the Kula (i.e., perineal space.)
Note. While these subtle bodies go up, they drink at every stage this nectar, called Kulamrita.

(Kemudian bayangkanlah bahwa) – melalui pembuluh susumna, disana muncul tiga badan dalam susunannya yang tepat (yakni, badan akasa, astral dan rohani). diserap cakra, terpancar madu yang sifatnya adalah anugrah mulia. warnanya merah muda penuh kemuliaan, yang memancar dalam pancaran-pancaran cairan abadi. biarlah ia meneguk anggur keabadian ilahi dan kemudian masuk kembali kedalam kulla (yaitu daerah antara anus dan vulva; atau wilayah perineal).

punar eva kulam gacchen matra yogena nanyatha,
sa ca pranasamas vyata hy asmin stantre mayodita.

Then let him go again to the Kula through the practice of mantrayoga (i.e., pranayama). This Yoni has
been called by me in the Tantras as equal to life.

Kemudian, biarlah ia kembali menuju kula melalui pelaksanaan mantra yogi (pranayama). yoni ini telah kusebutkan dalam tantra sebagai sebanding dengan kehidupan.

punah praliyate tasyam kalagny adi sivatmakam,
yoni mudra para hyesa bandhas tasyah prakirtitah,
tasyastu bandha matrena tannasti yanna sadhayet.

Again let him be absorbed in that Yoni, where dwells the fire of death – the nature of Shiva, &c. Thus has been described by me the method of practicing the great Yoni-mudra. From success in its practice, there is nothing which cannot be accomplished.

Biarlah juga ia terserap dalam yoni itu, dimana bersemayam api kematian – yang merupakan sifat dari jiwa, demikianlah telah kugambarkan, cara pelaksanaan yoni-mudra yang hebat. dari keberhasilan pelaksanaannya, tak sesuatupun yang tak dapat dicapai.

chinna rupastu ye mantrah kilitah stambhitas ca ye,
dagdhamantrah sikhahina malinastu tiraskrtah.
manda balas tatha vrddhah praudha yauvana garvitah,
aripakse sthita ca nirviryah sattva varjitah,
tatha sattvena hinas ca khanditah satadha krtah vidhanena ca samyuktah prabhavanty acirena tu,
siddhi moksa pradah sarve guruna viniyojitah.
diksayitva vidhanena abhisicya sahasradha.
tatho mantradhi karartham esa mudra prakirtita.

Even those mantras which are deformed (chhinna) or paralyzed (Kilita), scorched (stambhita) by fire, or whose flame has become attenuated, or are dark, and ought to be abandoned, or which are evil, or too old, or which are proud of their budding youth, or have gone over to the side of the enemy, or weak and essenceless without vitality; or which have been divided into hundreds of parts, even they become fertile through time and method. All these can give powers and emancipation when properly given to the disciple by the Guru, after having initiated him according to proper rites, and bathed him a thousand times. This Yoni-mudra has been described, in order that the student may deserve (to be initiated into the mysteries of) and receive the mantras.

Bahkan mantra-mantra yang cacat bentuknya (chinna) atau dilumpuhkan (kilita) dihanguskan (stambhita) oleh api atau dimana nyata telah menjadi lunak atau yang gelap dan yang seharusnya di tinggalkan atau yang jahat atau amat tua atau yang bangga akan keremajaannya atau telah berpihak padamusuhnya atau lemah dan tanpa tenaga, kehilangan intisarinya atau yang telah terpisah menjadi ratusan bagian bahkan mereka telah menjadi subur meliwati waktu dan cara. semuanya ini dapat diberikan tenaga dan pembebasan bila sepatutnya diberikan pada murid oleh guru setelah diinisiasi sesuai dengan upacara selayaknya dan memandikannya ribuan kali. yoni-mudra ini, telah digambarkan agar supaya para murid layak mendapatkannya (untuk diinisiasi kedalam rahasia-rahasia tersebut) dan menerima mantra-mantra.

brahma hatya sahasrani trailokyam api ghatayet,
nasau lipyati papena yoni mudra nibandhanat.

He who practices Yoni-Mudra is not polluted by sin, were he to murder a thousand Brahmanas or kill all the inhabitants of the three worlds

Mereka yang melakukan yoni-mudra, tak akan tercemari oleh dosa, dimana ia telah membunuh ribuan brahmana atau membunuh segala mahluk penghuni tiga dunia ini.

guruha ca surapi ca setyo ca gurutalpagah,
etaih papair na bdbhyeta yoni mudra nibandhanat.

Were he to kill his teacher or drink wine or commit theft, or violate the bed of his preceptor, he is not
stained by these sins also, by virtue of this mudra.

Dengan pahala dari mudra ini, ia juga tak terlumuri oleh dosa-dosa, seperti membunuh gurunya atau meneguk minuman keras atau terlibat pencurian atau melanggar (mengotori) tempat tidur gurunya.

tasmad abhyasanam nityam kartavyam moksabhih,
abhyasajjaya te siddhir abhyasan moksam apnuyat.

Therefore, those who wish for emancipation should practice this daily. Through practice (abhyasa), success is obtained; through practice one gains liberation.

Karena itu, mereka yang menginginkan pembebasan harus melaksanakannya setiap hari. melalui pelaksanaan (abhyasa). keberhasilan didapatkan dan seseorang akan mencapai pembebasan.

samvidam labhate bhyasad yogobhyasat pravartate,
mudranam siddhir vayu sadhanam.
kala vancanam abhyasat tatha mrtyunjayo bhavet.

Perfect consciousness is gained through practice. Yoga is attained through practice; success in Mudra
comes by practice; through practice is gained success in pranayama. Death can be cheated of its prey
through practice, and man becomes the conqueror of death by practice.

Kesadaran yang sempurna diperoleh melalui pelaksanaan. yoga diperoleh melalui pelaksanaan; keberhasilan dalam mudra diperoleh melalui pelaksanaan; juga keberhasilan dalam pranayama diperoleh melalui pelaksanaan. kematian dapat dihindari juga melalui pelaksanaan dan manusia menjadi penakluk kematian dengan pelaksanaan.

vak siddhih kama caritvam bhaved abhyasa yogatah,
yoni mudra param gopya na deya yasya kasyacit.
sarvatha na iva datavya pranaih kantha gatair api.

Through practice one gets the power of vach (prophecy), and the power of going everywhere, through mere exertion of will. This Yoni-mudra should be kept in great secrecy, and not be given to everybody. Even when threatened with death, it should not be revealed or given to others.

Melalui pelaksanaan seseorang dapat memperoleh tenaga vac (ramalan) dan tenaga untuk pergi kemana-mana, hanya dengan suatu usaha keinginan saja. yoni-mudra ini harus dirahasiakan dan tidak diberikan kepada orang sembarangan. bahkan bila ditimpa kematianpun, ia hendaknya jangan di sampaikan atau diberikan kepada yang lainnya.
