janurantare samyag dhrtva padatale ubhe,
samakayah sukhasinah svastikam tat pracaksate.

Place the soles of the feet completely under the thighs, keep the body straight, and sit at ease. This is called the Svastikasana.

Tempatkan telapak kaki dengan sempurna dibawah paha, jaga badan tetap lurus dan duduklah dengan santai. inilah yang disebut svastikasana.

anena vidhina yogi marutam sadhayet sudhih,
dehe na kramate vyadhistasya vayus ca siddhyati.

In this way, the wise Yogi should practice the regulation of the air. No disease can attack his body, and he obtains vayu-siddhi.

Dengan cara ini, yogi yang bijaksana harus melakukan pengaturan udara. tak ada penyakit yang dapat menyerang badannya dan ia memperoleh vayu-siddhi.

sunasnam idam proktam sarva suhkha pranasanam,
svastikam yogibhir gopyam svasti karanam uttamam.

This is also called the sukhasana, the easy posture. This health-giving, good svastikasana should be kept secret by the Yogi.

Ini juga disebut sukhasana, sikap tenang. ini pemberi kesehatan, dimana svastikasana yang baik harus dijaga kerahasiaannya oleh seorang yogi.
