Kemudian secara berangsur-angsur ia akan membuat dirinya sendiri dapat melaksanakan selama 3 ghati (sekali dalam 1 jam, ia akan dapat menahan pernafasan selama jangka waktu tersebut). Melalui ini, yogi tak disangsikan lagi mendapatkan semua tenaga yang didambakannya.
